KJ already has an answer to Muhyiddin's offer

SHAH ALAM - Former Umno Youth Chief Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar admitted that he already has an answer regarding the invitation of Bersatu President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to join the party.

Speaking during the 'Keluar Sekejap' podcast, the former Health Minister however did not clearly state the answer given to Muhyiddin even though it seemed to point towards rejecting the invitation.

"I owe an answer to Muhyiddin regarding the Bersatu party membership offer and the opportunity to be involved in the next State Election (PRN).

"I have met and given my opinion but he asked me to think again.

"For me there is a final word, but when the leader I admire asks me to think again. We will think again," he said.

Khairy Jamaluddin who is also the former Minister of Youth and Sports also explained that he needs some time to do so.

"I am asking him for a little time, the State Assembly (DUN) has not yet dissolved so there is time for anything to happen," he said.
