SHAH ALAM - Sarawak Yang di-Pertua's son Datuk Seri Sulaiman Abdul Rahman Abdul Taib has filed a lawsuit against his stepmother, Toh Puan Raghad Kurdi Taib.

The Borneo Post reported that the legal actions taken by Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud’s third child were related to the transfer of shares of a private company to Raghad.

The next case mention has been fixed for Monday before High Court judge Alexander Siew.

It was reported that Sulaiman, 55, besides Raghad, has also named another individual as the defendant.

Sulaiman, the former Tourism deputy minister in 2008, was the Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad (CMSB) Group Managing Director.

He had held the post of Samarahan MP, replacing his father, from 2008 to 2013.
