Hishammuddin offers his shoes to a staff in parliament, caught public's attention on social media

SHAH ALAM - In a spur of the moment act of kindness, former defence minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein caught people's attention in social media when he was seen offering his shoe to a officer, who goes by the name of Shidi in parliament.

This was because Shidi's shoes had got drenched in rain when he was on his way to the office.

Therefore, the Sembrong MP didn't think twice and offered his shoe to Shidi.

The heartwarming gesture was caught on video and uploaded on Instagram

"Pity the members of @pdrmsia_official Mr Shidi, he had to wear flip flops today.

"I wanted to give my shoes but unfortunately our sizes are not the same," Hishamuddin captioned his post.

Hishammuddin further expressed his gratitude to Shidi and all staff for their dedication and committment to their duties.

The video posted on Hishammudin's official Instagram account garned over 3,000 likes.

Veteran actress Sheila Mambo praised Hishammuddin's act by calling him a 'kind boss'.
