SHAH ALAM - A teenage girl found herself in a sticky situation on Saturday morning when her curiosity led her to sit on a toddler's swing.

Embarassingly, the girl got herself stuck in one of toddler's swing.

The Bidor Fire and Rescue Department was called to the scene and had to cut down the swing to free her.

Bidor Fire and Rescue Department senior fire chief II Ahmad Tarmizee Hassan said they received an emergency call alerting a girl stuck on a toddler's swing at the Sungkai Perdana children's playground.

"After arriving at the location, we successfully assisted the 16-year-old girl in being safely removed from the swing.

"Using specialised equipment, we carefully cut the swing to free her without causing any injuries, despite her being stuck for a considerable amount of time," he added.

Tarmizee stressed that their top priority was to ensure the girl's safety throughout the rescue operation.
