A night full of emotions with Andmesh Kamaleng

It was an emotional night at Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre recently, when fans immersed themselves in songs performed by Indonesian singer Andmesh Kamaleng.

The peak of it all, was when thousands shed tears to his songs "Luka" and "Hanya Rindu", which were songs he dedicated to his late parents.

Fans were equally fascinated with the rest of the 26-year-old's performances, as he took the audience on a journey with beautiful works that sings stories of their own.

The night of the concert started with an opening performance by three singers from his homeland, such as Arddley Nicholas, Daniesh Suffian, and Aisha Retno.

"This is a great honour for us, newcomers in the music industry, to be able to perform at this grand concert with Andmesh, who is an idol of all of us and a great and talented singer who is famous in the Southeast Asian region," said Aisha.

Andmesh started the performance by singing the song ‘Kumau Dia’ with a magnificent background of bright visuals that caught the eye. He was mature in interacting with the audience and has a good command of the stage.

The singer, whose real name is Jeandmesh Antonio Kamaleng and who hails from Nusa Tenggara Timur is not only a singer but also a composer and songwriter. He also performed "Sial" which he created for Indonesian singer Mahalini, as well as "Terlalu Berharap" another tune he composed for Indonesian singer, Rossa.

Accompanied by six professional musicians specially flown from Indonesia, Andmesh also sang his other popular songs, such as Cinta Luar Biasa, Nayaman, Jangan Rubah Takdirku, and many more.

Meanwhile, Kharisma Music founder and chief executive director Ahmad Jeffny said that he was surprised by the enthusiastic reception from the crowd at Andmesh's concert.

"Don't forget the next concert by Kharisma Music International, which is Judika. There will be an even bigger surprise for music lovers in Malaysia," he said.
