Annuar Musa ready to contest in state polls

SHAH ALAM - Muafakat Nasional (MN) president Tan Sri Annuar Musa is ready to contest in the next State Election if he receives an offer.
At present, he does not belong to any party, but he acknowledged that he has submitted a membership form to Pas.
"How can I compete if I don't have a party anymore? I have sent a membership form to Pas but it has not been approved.
"But if I am accepted (entering Pas), I am willing to be a candidate.
"Up to now, I cannot accept the fight of DAP and Lim Kit Siang and the concept of Malaysian Malaysia that they bring," he said on the Sinar Wacana Series 400 entitled PRN: Whom Should the People Vote at Karangkraf Group Complex, today.
The programme was hosted by Ismail Adnan with three other panelists - Bersatu information committee member Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik, Umno supreme council member Datuk Seri Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin and PKR central leader council member Nor Azrina Surip.
