Seremban hospital to probe on discharging patient in unstable condition claims
SEREMBAN - An investigative committee will be established to address allegations made by a woman on her husband being asked to leave Seremban Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital (HTJS) despite his unstable condition.
The committee will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter, said the hospital's director Datuk Dr Zaleha Md Noor.
She voiced her concerns over the issue and said she would meet with the complainant to gather detailed information about the incident and engage in a discussion regarding the viral complaint.
“An investigative committee consisting of experts and medical officers will be created for the purpose to thoroughly investigate the issue,” she said in a statement on Monday.
She said the public are advised not to speculate on the parties involved throughout the probe.
A Facebook posting had gone viral on Monday after the complainant said her husband was forced to be discharged from the ward despite being in an unstable condition.
