Challenges aren't much different as a minister and former menteri besar - Zambry
SHAH ALAM - The challenges of being a menteri besar and a minister are not very different, says BN secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.
He said this in response to questions about the differences and challenges that he faced as a full-time minister compared to the Menteri Besar post he held.
"Being a minister and former menteri besar doesn't feel very different. Although the challenges are a bit different now, as previously I administered a state, now I’m responsible for leading a ministry in charge of foreign affairs," he said.
Sinar Ahad reporters had the opportunity to interview Zambry about the challenges he faced as the Foreign Minister for the past six months.
"From an experience and administrative standpoint, I think there aren't many differences. Previously, I would chair the State Government Exco Meeting, and now I am chairing agency meetings under the ministry and involved in Cabinet meetings," he said.
