State polls: Negeri Sembilan PH seat allocation at final stage
SEREMBAN - The distribution of Pakatan Harapan (PH) state assembly seats for Negeri Sembilan in the upcoming polls is now in its final stage.
Negeri Sembilan PH chairman Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun said discussions involved 36 seats in the state, which will be handed over to the PH presidential council to be finalised.
"The seat allocation is almost at its final stage, and the decision will be submitted to the PH presidential council to be finalised.
"The discussion is not only held in the state but also at the central level of the party," he told reporters after chairing the exco weekly meeting at Wisma Negeri today.
In the meantime, when asked if he would compete in the state election, Aminuddin, who is also Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar, said he hasn't decided yet.
"I don't know yet whether I will compete in the state election or not. InsyaAllah, if there is anything for me, then it will happen. "People say opportunities won't knock on the wrong door," he said jokingly.
Previously, Aminuddin said that the state assembly is expected to be dissolved in May to pave the way for the state polls.
