Teenager leaves letter to his father before disappearing

SEPANG - A teenage boy left a letter to his father before he disappeared at Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi residence area, here, on Saturday.

Sepang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Wan Kamarul Azran Wan Yusoff said the father of the 15-year-old teenager noticed his second child was missing at about 5am.

"The initial investigation found that the victim had left a written note stating he was borrowing RM50 to look for a job.

"The teen's father, who is also a teacher, then looked for his son in the areas around their house, but to no avail," he said in a statement today.

It is believed that the teenager left the house between 2am and 5am.

"The teenager, who is a Form Three student, did not take his phone when he left the house.

"Physically, the teenager was a thin boy, had short hair, and wore glasses," he said.

He said the missing teenager was last seen wearing a blue jersey.
