KUALA LUMPUR - Starting in 2024, all printed bills in Public Housing (PA) and People's Housing Projects (PPR) in Kuala Lumpur will not be issued.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said this was in line with its target of becoming paperless starting next year.

"The bills would be sent through e-mails or through the WhatsApp application.

"PA and PPR residents are asked to register on the E-Penghuni PA and PPR to enable the bills to be received online (e-bill)," the local enforcement said in a post on its Facebook page on Monday.
