SHAH ALAM - The Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway Sdn Bhd (SUKE) has suspended its “hotline” staff believed to have not responded to calls received from a consumer.

SUKE in a statement said the suspension of duty of the staff took effect immediately while internal investigations were carried out to identify the cause of the incident.

“If the staff involved were found guilty and had been found performing their duty carelessly, action will be taken against them.

“This is part of our effort to ensure accountability and to avoid similar incidents from happening in the future.

“SUKE has always viewed feedbacks from consumers seriously and we are committed to improving our services,” the statement said.

The post garnered various reactions from the public towards the highway’s services.
