KOTA BHARU - Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) bets that its candidates could win in the upcoming state polls in six states.

Its deputy president, Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub, said the matter will be refined by the candidate committee, which will discuss and agree on which individual has the potential to win.

"Candidates who will be named will be able to represent the youth and others," he said during a press conference on Sunday.

Salahuddin had earlier visited the Rahmah Ramadan Bazaar at the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium.

He said state polls would be open to individuals who were candidates during the 15th general election (GE15).

Salahuddin said Amanah will build its election machinery with Pakatan Harapan (PH) and BN to provide a new synergy in the state elections.

Insya-Allah, our machinery will compete well soon," he said.
