SHAH ALAM - Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail took it to Facebook to share his experience as guest at the Sinar Harian TownHall Rakyat.

He also expressed his excitement about taking part in the Iftar event at the Karangkraf Group Complex.

"I remember the atmosphere during the 'buka-puasa' programme at Karangkraf yesterday (Monday). I still haven't moved on.

"After the TownHall Rakyat Sinar Harian programme, I had my iftar with the guests at the Iftar Ala Madinah @ Karangkraf programme at Karangkraf parking lot.

"The atmosphere of breaking the fast, sitting cross-legged and enjoying the food, and being friendly with the visitors gives a feeling of joy that is hard to forget," he said in a post on his Facebook page on Tuesday.

The PKR secretary-general attended as a guest speaker at the session organised for the third time by Sinar Harian.

The edition with Saifuddin Nasution also featured exhibitions by agencies under the Home Ministry, including the police, the National Registration Department, the Organisation Registration Department (RoS), the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK), and the Volunteer Department (Rela).

In the meantime, he also shared his experience of delivering messages to Iftar Al Madinah visitors in conjunction with Ramadan.

"I also delivered a message, especially before the last 10 nights, which we all dream of, which is the night of Lailatul Qadr.

"This Ramadan period is really the best training ground to educate yourself and know the meaning of a person.

"May Allah SWT bless us with forgiveness and obtain blessings from our Prophet Muhammad SAW, InshaAllah," he added.
