Loke says Najib pardon application is not under the government
He said the issue was not under the government.
"We have to differentiate because Umno’s stance as a political party and the duties of the government.
"To be fair to Umno ministers, this issue was not raised during the Cabinet meeting," he said at a press conference on Monday.
