KLANG - The police are tracking down two men to assist in an investigation of an attempted murder case.

South Klang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Cha Hoong Fong said the two were Ng Ken Zheng, 30, and Ng Kent Kiat, 34.

"The two men have been registered under the wanted list and police are still trying to locate them.

"The police ask those who have any information related to these men to contact the South Klang district police headquarters (IPD) at 03-33762222 or go to the nearest police station," he said in a statement today.

On Nov 28 last year, the Klang police station received a complaint from a local man who claimed that he was beaten up and several unknown men had tried to run him over with a car.

The South Klang police headquarters Criminal Investigation Division had opened an investigation paper under Section 307 of the Penal Code for attempted murder.

Cha added that four local men have been arrested so far to assist in the investigation.

"All the suspects have been charged under Section 323 of the Penal Code read together with Section 34 at the Klang magistrate's court on Dec 30, last year," he said.
