Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, is going to be a dad
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is expecting his first child with his long-time partner Erin Darke, based on reports.
Radcliffe, 33, and Darke, 38, have been dating for a decade after meeting on the set of the 2013 film Kill Your Darlings.
A rep for the actor had confirmed the news.
According to a close friend, the couple stated that they were absolutely overjoyed to be expecting.
"Daniel and Erin could not be happier to be expecting. They are absolutely thrilled and can’t wait to become a family of three.
"They told their families and friends recently. It's an incredibly exciting time."
At the age of 12, Radcliffe came to prominence as the bespectacled boy wizard in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
Last year, in an interview with Newsweek, Radcliffe shared how if he has kids one day, that he would want them to grow up around film sets.
"I want my kids, if and when they exist, to be around film sets," he said.
