SHAH ALAM - Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin arrived at the Shah Alam Sessions Court at 8.20am on Monday.
The Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman will be charged under Section 4(1)(b) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLATFPUAA).
Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki on Saturday confirmed the Pagoh MP will be charged under AMLATFPUAA.
Azam said the charge under AMLATFPUAA towards the PN chairman involved the Jana Wibawa project investigated under the MACC.
