Former Sinar Harian consultant dies

SHAH ALAM - Former Sinar Harian consultant Datuk Hafifi Hafidz dies at Avisena Specialist Hospital today.

Hafifi, who once served as Harian Metro Executive Editor, breathe his last at about noon due to pneumonia.

It was understood he had previously suffered from stage four of respiratory tract cancer in March 2005 and had recovered a year after.

His final rites was performed at about 3pm today at Masjid Ubudiyah, Seksyen 19, Shah Alam and he would be buried at Seksyen 21 Muslim cemetery, here.
