KUALA LUMPUR - Former Selangor Umno chief Tan Sri Noh Omar claims that he has been sacked from the party, tonight
He claimed that he was initially suspended for six years, but had asked the party's president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to remove him from the party instead to which the latter agreed.
“Today is a historical day for me. I have been suspended for six years.
“It is better for them to just sack me instead rather than suspend me,” he said when met at Menara Dato Onn, World Trade Centre, here, tonight.
However, Zahid has yet to make an official statement over the matter.
