The deadline to win the ticket giveaway is on Jan 13 (Friday) and the winners will be announced the same day.

The event will take place from 9am to 2pm at the Seven Skies International School in Denai Alam.

Focusing on the wellbeing of mental health, the event will provide participants with a safe space to share their emotions, struggles, to be their natural self, to start building themselves and empower each other.

The intimate workshop sessions with Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, Dr Atiyah Azmi, Ayesha Syahira and Nadrah Mustafa will guide participants to learn more about themselves and help them create their own toolboxes on managing their spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and social struggles.
