SHAH ALAM - Pas number 2 Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man comments on uniforms worn by crew members of a local airline has been criticised by social media users.

This comes after Tuan Ibrahim praised a local airline for its modest attire.

“Today is my first time flying with @FlyMyAirline. Congratulations. The stewardess’s uniforms are quite modest and it is a good start.

"May this company keep on succeeding,” said the Pas deputy president in his Twitter post that garnered 211 retweets, 198 quote tweets and 1,219 likes.

However, social media users said the Pas leader should be focusing on the hospitality and flight experience.

“Should focus on the convenience, seat, food and hospitality”, said weareulatbulus in his twitter.

“Of all the things to focus on is punctuality, in-flight services, cheap fares and safety”, he added.

“I would be more worried over their punctuality, service, convenience and most importantly, the price before the air stewardess’s clothing. Maybe my desires are not normal?” weareulatbulus further said.

Another twitter user, zakixtrail said: “Of all the things to focus on is punctuality, in-flight services, cheap fares and safety”, a netizen commented.

Meanwhile JeddTe tweeted: “I would be more worried about their punctuality, service, convenience and most importantly, the price before the air stewardess’s clothing. Maybe my desires are not normal?”.

The female cabin crew's attire of other airlines were frequently voiced out by Pas leaders, stating crew uniforms were too sexy and revealing.

MyAirline founded in Jan 2021 had its first flight flown on Dec 1 from Kuala Lumpur - Kuching and Kuala Lumpur - Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur - Langkawi using Airbus A320-200.
