"I can't keep calm until my child is found," says mom of missing camper

HULU SELANGOR - A 66-year-old woman hoped that her daughter, Hong Mei Jing, 38, is found safe.

"I can't keep calm until my child is found safe," said Tan Ah Choe.

Her daughter who is a school teacher, was among those who were at the Father's Organic Farm campsite, Jalan Genting here, and still remains missing.

Tan said she was informed of the landslide at Batang Kali by her friend; "My friend told me that there landslide in Batang Kali.

"I immediately called the police to confirm the incident. I rushed with one of my son here (Hulu Yam Bharu Police Station) to get the latest developments," she said in a tearful tone when met here.

Tan who is from Jinjang, Kuala Lumpur said that she hopes her daughter would be found safe and sent to hospital for treatment.

"However, she is still at the location and has not been found until now. I am worried and hope my Mei Jing is found soon," she said.
