HULU SELANGOR - The 231 rescue personnel involved in the search and rescue (SAR) operation now focuses on two of the three sectors of the campsites involved in the Batang Kali landslide, here, on Friday.

The two sectors include Sector A (Hilltop), Sector B (Farmview) and Sector C (Riverside).

Fire and Rescue Department Operations Division director Datuk Nor Hisham Mohamad said at the moment the rescue team was focusing on Sector A and B.

"The two sectors that were the most affected are near the top of the hill directly towards Sector A and B.

Hisham said in that regard, the focus was completely given to the location in question.

"Currently we are always increasing the number of personnel who would focus on the SAR operations and ensure the safety of each member should there be a possibility of another landslide in the area," he said.
