Batang Kali landslide: Death toll rises to 13

SELAYANG – A total of 13 victims have been confirmed dead in a landslide tragedy at a camping site in Batang Kali as of 11am on Friday.

Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa said the victims who succumbed to their injuries were sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital and Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL).

"As of now, the victims who died were sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital.

"We are coordinating with HKL to send the victims there because there are still bodies on the scene," she said in a press conference at Selayang Hospital on Friday.
