Rice returns to England training at World Cup after illness absence

Doha, Dec 8, 2022 (AFP) - England midfielder Declan Rice returned to training on Thursday, easing fears about his fitness ahead of Saturday's World Cup quarter-final against France.

Midfielder Kalvin Phillips told a news conference that Rice had taken part in the training session at their Al-Wakrah base.

Rice has been a key cog in England's midfield throughout the tournament so far, starting all four games. - AFP

World ICC issues arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, Hamas leader Deif
The ICC's pre-trial chamber accused Netanyahu and Gallant of committing "crimes against humanity and war crimes" between at least Oct 8, 2023 and May 20, 2024, the date when the prosecution submitted the arrest warrant applications.
