'Anything ask Anwar', says Mat Sabu on PH-BN cooperation

KUALA LUMPUR - Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) president Mohamad Sabu seen arriving at the Seri Pacific Hotel, here, the same time as Umno secretary- general Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan for the Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) meeting today.

Mohamad, better known as Mat Sabu, was seen walking towards the lobby when approached by reporters.

When asked if it was true that only one BN MP - allegedly Bagan Datuk’s Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi wanted to cooperate with Pakatan Harapan, Mat Sabu said: “Everything you need to ask Anwar”.

Meanwhile, Ahmad said further meetings between coalitions will be held.

He said the BN chairman and 30 of the party's MPs will discuss on several decisions to be made for the party.

Yesterday, Istana Negara in a statement asked leaders of coalitions and political parties to inform the palace of the agreed coalition to form a government by 2pm, today.

The leaders were also asked to submit the name of their respective Prime Minister candidate by then.
