GE15: PH leaders arrive at hotel for result viewing party

SUBANG JAYA - Several Pakatan Harapan leaders are arriving at a hotel, here, for the coalition's viewing party in conjunction with the 15th General Election (GE15) today.
Among the leaders were DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke, Pakatan Harapan candidate for the Bandar Tun Razak parliamentary seat, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah, Muda president Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman.
PH chairman and the coalition's prime minister candidate Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had yet to be seen at the hotel but expected to be there soon.
Earlier, about 100 media personnel had gathered in the Grand Ballroom to share live updates on the result of the election which would happen tonight.
At the moment, the Election Commission (EC) were counting the ballots for each parliamentary seat.
This GE15, PH contested for 220 parliamentary seats from the 222 seats.
As of 4pm, the EC recorded 70 per cent voter turnout from more than 21 million of voters who were eligible to vote.
