GE15: All quiet at Umno's headquarters

KUALA LUMPUR: The atmoshere at the Umno headquarters in Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) is rather quiet with only a few people could be seen there donning the Barisan Nasional (BN) uniform.
Sinar Daily reporters and other media practitioners, who had gathered there since 5pm felt it was unusual for both Umno and BN to not hold any gatherings there on the night of the polling day.
It was learnt that Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was already in the building.
As of 8pm, members of the media were still not allowed to enter the main hall of the building.
