PAGOH - Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has run out of ideas to campaign with in the 15th General Election (GE15).

He said there was nothing PN had hidden and his account statements were accessible to the public.

“As a registered political establishment, we abide by the law and every party must have a general assembly and in the general assembly, we present an annual statement.

“It can be viewed by anyone because it is already audited. Not sure if PKR themselves do not audit.

“In my case, I audited exactly every expense, one cent, two cents, RM100, RM200,” he said.

He said this after attending a gathering with the residents of Kampung Jawa.

Muhyiddin said this in response to Anwar's latest statement in which he challenged PN to disclose their account statement.

Anwar had previously claimed PN as the richest political coalition at the moment as it secured many multi-billion ringgit projects during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Anwar, who is also the PKR president, claimed that Muhyiddin, the former prime minister at that time, issued many projects without tender to certain parties.

Following this, Muhyiddin challenged Anwar to disclose his party's account statement.

The challenge was accepted by Anwar on the condition that the Pagoh Parliament PN candidate did the same.

Meanwhile, Muhyiddin said that his party's account statement had been verified and sent to the Registrar of Societies (RoS).

"As of today, there is no RoS statement saying that my party's annual report is invalid. You can look there," he said.
