SHAH ALAM - Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin states the coalition is no longer an underdog party, but instead it is influential with the support of the people especially the Malay community.

The former prime minister said he had witnessed the waves towards the rise of PN from the north in Kedah and Perlis to Johor and Pahang.

"Yesterday I saw it in Perak with a good reaction at Gunong Besout and Meru Felda in Ipoh.

"Let us come together and ensure at least 90 per cent of voters in the state would come out to vote and win Perak for PN.

"InsyaAllah, with the efforts and hard work as well as the sincere prayers of us all, PN could win the 15th General Election (GE15) and form the government that could gain the people's mandate," Muhyiddin said in a post on his Facebook on Monday.

He stated the manifesto brought up by PN gained a positive reaction from a lot of political analysts compared to Pakatan Harapan (PH) and BN.

Muhyiddin explained the formation of PN was to give a new and better manifesto for Malaysians.

"PN offered the manifesto that was acknowledged by political analysts to be much better than those offered by PH and BN, PN also proved that it could manage the country during both a health and economic crisis," he said.

He commented on the people's support in GE15 and reminded them to make the right decision.

"Not long from now we will face GE15 and we need to make the right choice to ensure the best government for Malaysia.

"We do not want the dark ages to repeat themselves. We do not want Umno/BN, the party that was wrapped up in kleptocracy issues to come back.

"We also do not want PH to return. Enough with 22 stressful and torturous months.

“There were a few example cases of the party led by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim did not respect the Bumiputera rights, even their behaviour contradicts the constitution and the rights of other races," he said.

He explained there were many other bad issues that should not have happened if the leaders chosen had no morals.
