SUNGAI BULOH - Former Selangor Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Tan Sri Noh Omar said the coalition’s candidate Khairy Jamaluddin’s style and approach are winning the hearts of the youth in Sungai Buloh.

Noh said Khairy had the chance to claim victory in the constituency during the 15th General Election (GE15).

“We have to see Khairy as the future leader in Malaysia so we have to support him.”

Noh said this during Khairy’s campaign at Restoran Asam Pedas Selera Melayu Melaka Dewan Serbaguna Matang Pagar, Kampung Matang Pagar, here, yesterday.

Despite being dropped from running for the parliamentary seat in Tanjong Karang, Noh said he was still in good spirits and would continue to support BN.

When asked about the possibility of GE15 being postponed due to Covid-19 or the flood, Noh replied that it was up to election commissioners to decide, and right now, their focus was to campaign for the coalition.

Khairy is contesting in a seven-cornered fight in Sungai Buloh for GE15 after the constituency had previously been in the hands of Pakatan Harapan in the last three terms.
