Hadi tells "dirty" BN to take a seat back, let Pas show how a clean govt works
KUALA LANGAT - Take a seat back and look at how Perikatan Nasional (PN) rules the country for a term, Pas chief tells Barisan Nasional (BN).
Pas President Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang told those who fancied BN to reject their leaders.
He said the coalition had had “dirt” on them and should give them a break, and instead allow PN to prove their worth with the slogan “PNBest”.
“The government we ruled was proven to be clean and had no misconduct within the party.
“We ruled Kelantan and Terengganu for many years and there were no misconduct.
“Yes, we did have a court case but that was long time ago with BN.
“Meanwhile, Pakatan Harapan (PH) also had corruption case but was suddenly dropped in the middle of proceedings,” he said.
Hadi said this during his speech at Pentas Perikatan Nasional Kuala Langat, Banting.
PN Kuala Langat candidate Datuk Dr Ahmad Yunus Hairi, PN Election Director Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali who is contesting in Gombak and Wanita PN chief Datuk Seri Rina Harun, contesting in Sepang, was also present.
Hadi further said they aimed to take over Perlis and Pahang for the 15th General Election (GE15).
He seemed that the Pas machinery to cooperate with Bersatu and work together for the upcoming election.
