Caretaker Transport Minister Wee to update soon on LRT situation

SHAH ALAM - Caretaker Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong says he will give an update on the Kelana Jaya Light Rail Track (LRT) Line shut own soon.

He told Sinar Daily that he was waiting the full report.

“Will update soon,” he said.

All Kelana Jaya LRT line services will be terminated at 11pm tonight due to technical error affecting 16 stops along the line.

Rapid KL in its official account on Twitter has encouraged passengers to use free feeder bus services up until 12am tonight to help the passengers reach their destinations.

Rapid Rail in a statement as of 830pm, train services from LRT Gombak to Damai station as well as LRT Ara Damansara station to Putra Heights were still in operations and vice versa, and will end at 11pm.
