TANGKAK - The claims by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) deputy president Rafizi Ramli that Pakatan Harapan (PH) will be able to win a large number of Parliamentary seat especially in Johor for the 15th General Election (GE15) is only a prediction.

Senior Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said it was up to the people to decide who would win GE15 on Nov 19.

"What's important at the end is (we) wait for Nov 19, I want to remind you that Rafizi's predictions sometimes when it hits, he will take credit, (when) predictions he made didn't come to fruition, it will be forgotten by the people.

"PKR President Anwar Ibrahim previously said PH could win 100 seats and Rafizi had said they could win 80 seats.

“Even with Anwar, he seems to have no understanding," he said.

Hishammuddin said this when met at the Pagoh Parliament BN candidate Datuk Seri Razali Ibrahim’s campaign in Grisek.

Rafizi on Sunday claimed PH would be able to win 11 Parliamentary seats in the Federal Territory as well as 19 of 22 seats in Selangor in GE15.

He said he expected PH would be able to perform in Negeri Sembilan, with the potential to win 13 to 15 seats in Johor.

Hishammuddin said for now, Ismail Sabri Yaakob was still the BN 'poster boy' and Prime Minister candidate.

The Sembrong BN Parliamentary seat candidate stated that the matter had been decided by the party.

"I don't decide it, the party has already made a stand from a long time ago.

"If there are any changes, it has not reached me yet. What's important to becoming prime minister is to win our party first," he said.
