PORT DICKSON - Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Datuk Seri Aminuddin is feeling the heat of contesting in Port Dickson eventhough it is a PH stronghold.

He is facing a five-cornered fight.

"When people say it's PH and PKR's stronghold, it becomes a pressure especially since the previous MP was PKR President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

"It's just that compared to other candidates, I have a slight advantage because I am a local," he told Sinar Harian.

He said this when met at the Sepak Takraw Competition organised by Port Dickson PKR Youth at Teluk Kemang Youth Complex here.

He will use the advantage at his best to serve the people of Port Dickson.

"Although the people of Port Dickson already know me because I am the Menteri Besar, that is not the reason for me not to campaign on the ground," he said.

He is facing Rafiei Mustapha (PN), Datuk Kamalanathan (BN), Rani Kulup (independent) and Ahmad Idham Ahmad Nadzri (Pejuang).
