Obedience, service and consensus are BN candidate pillars - Zahid
KUALA LUMPUR - Barisan Nasional (BN) has outlined three main principles that the party candidates must follow when they win the seats contested in the 15th General Election (GE15).
Its chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said the three principles were obedience, service and consensus.
“With these three pillars are your priorities, being representatives is not a position to gain privileges.
“People’s representatives is not a ticket to special treatments but to be the one who serves.
“Being a representative is not for a grand and luxurious life but rather focus on the well-being of the nation,” he said during BN’s GE15 candidates announcement at Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre today.
Zahid announced all parliamentary seats nationwide tonight except for 25 Sabah parliamentary seats that will be announced tomorrow.
