TUARAN - District issues or poor states will be solved immediately if Pakatan Harapan (PH) wins and form a government.

Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said while in Parliament, he learned that the 20 poorest states in the country were mainly made up by the areas in Sabah.

“When we rule, InsyaAllah this Nov 20, not only Sabah, but all states in poverty whether in Sabah or Kelantan or Sarawak, we will solve this immediately.

“The issue of poor people in Sabah is a national issue, not just a Sabah issue.

“The worst schools in Sabah are the country’s problems that this country must solve,” he said during his speech at 2022 Jelajah Mega Harapan, here, on Monday night.

He said the election this time was not for the state but for the country and the Federation where small parties would not be able to form a government.

“What can small parties do in Sabah, small parties could divide the opposition votes but couldn’t deliver.

“We can win the Federal government for Sabah, Sarawak, not because of the state’s sentiments.

“Remember, a divided support will bring victory to the other side, we must ensure we are strong and united, each vote has a choice be it Perikatan Nasional (PN), BN or PH.

“If you want to reject PN and BN and all other small parties because they can’t form a government, PH has hopes of establishing a government,’ he said.
