SHAH ALAM – Umno President Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi reminds the public not to be lured into the trap of Pakatan Harapan (PH) into making them rule Putrajaya again.

Taking the matter to Facebook, Zahid said if PH governed the country way longer than 22 months, Malaysia would be ruined.

Zahid also listed out the matters that he thought were wrong with the PH government during its administration throughout the period.

“PH appointed DAP Secretary General's lawyer as the Attorney General, appointing a PKR activist as Commission Malaysian Anti-Corruption (MACC) chief, the Finance Minister made a political statement that affected the stock market, the Prime Minister made a statement that affected Malaysia's diplomatic and economic relations,” he said in his Facebook post.

Commenting further, he said the economic development at that time was the slowest since the third quarter of 2009 as well as the people's welfare being reduced which include cash assistance for various reasons.

“PH sold national assets under the pretext of waste, but the national debt continued to rise and the Infrastructure projects for the people were being harassed and shared' between cronies,” he added.

Quoting a speech before GE14, he said there were a lot of things that could happen in five years.

“People can do many things in five hours, what more five years. So, do not underestimate what five years can do.

“We can try other things five times a year, but not the administration of the country,” he said.

Therefore, he said the public should be vigilant of the ‘whispers’ from PH in deceiving the mind of the people to elect PH as the government again.

“Don't let them think that the people are too naive to fall into the same trap.

“I believe that BN for the sake of Malaysia will rise for the future to return the excellence and glory of the country,” he added.
