Fans with tickets to Justice World Tour live in Kuala Lumpur scheduled for Oct 22 at National Stadium Bukit Jalil will have to wait for a new date to see the Canadian pop star live as the remaining concert dates for the world tour has been postponed.
The announcement comes a month after he announced his wish to take a break from the tour, following his recent health battles with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
PR Worldwide on its Instagram page had announced a 14-day window from Oct 7 to 20 for ticket holders to submit their request to either retain or refund their tickets via a Request Form that will come in their registered email for the purchase.
While existing tickets are still valid for the new date, a new ticket for the rescheduled show will be reissued to ticket holders who wish to retain their tickets once the date is announced. If the venue and layout remains the same, they may expect to retain the same seats.
As for refund, only the face value of the tickets without the ticket fees, processing fees and bank charges will be refunded as per the purchase terms and conditions which could take up to 30 days depending on the processing bank.
However, refund and re-issuance of new tickets for purchases made through any unauthorised third-party will not be entertained.
The Justice World Tour kicked off in February in San Diego and reached 10 countries across three continents. On Sept 6, Justin announced he was taking a break for health reason.
On Sept 15, more tour dates running through Oct 18 came along. With today’s announcement, the remaining dates are officially postponed to potential new dates subject to venue and date availability.
To clarify any complications regarding tickets, ticket holders may check out PR Worldwide Instagram post as well as its social pages for more information in detail.
