Pas denies naming Hadi as PM candidate

Johor Pas Deputy Commissioner Khairul Faizi Ahmad Kamil further denied Pas was thankful after Umno decided to dissolve the Parliament to make way for elections this year.
He said the viral statement on social media with Pas Secretary-General Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan's name was fake.
"I received a media statement this morning stating that it was released by the Pas Secretary-General dated Oct 2, 2022.
"It is fake and was an attempt to slander Pas," he said in his blog today.
Hadi had previously said Pas disagreed with the move to dissolve Parliament this year.
