Yasmin Mogahed to host Healing the Emptiness seminar in KL

SHAH ALAM - Well-known American motivational speaker Yasmin Mogahed will be hosting a three-day seminar called Healing the Emptiness based from her book of the same title.

The talk, will begin from Sept 30 until Oct 2, at PGRM Tower, Dewan Wawasan, Kuala Lumpur.

The first session will be focused on The Divine Connection: Finding Self-Worth in God, which discovers the true origin of worth and how to grow stronger through knowing and loving Allah SWT.

The second day will be focused on the topic of Followed by Survivors: A Quranic Study of Trauma and Narcissism which will disclose the hidden world of trauma and narcissistic abuse, helping others in navigating the path through this world.

The last day would highlight the topic of Healing the Emptiness: A Guide to Emotional and Spiritual Well-Being where participants could learn on healing and coping with adversity and finding strength in God.

More about the speaker, Mogahed was a journalism graduate from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She taught Islamic Studies and served as the youth coordinator.

Mogahed is a well-known name among the young, urban Muslim crowd in Malaysia, for her ability to relate all intervals of life to one’s relationship with the Creator.
