“I was called by the police to have my statement recorded for the police report made against me this week.

“I will be at Sentul police headquarters at 3pm this afternoon.

“I hope the police also act as soon as possible (like this) to investigate the report made by Akmal Nasir regarding the disclosure of the forensic report where Latiff was named as being involved in defence contracts,” he said through his Facebook post.

Sentul police chief Assistant Commissioner Beh Eng Lai confirmed that the police would record Rafizi's statement today.

It was reported that Latiff’s aide had lodged a report against Rafizi due to his allegations that he had a wife named Zainab Salleh, who was linked to two companies involved in the misappropriation of funds in the LCS project.
