“Corruption and Hypocrisy in Malay-Muslim Politics” book and more at Karangkraf Warehouse Sale!
SHAH ALAM – During the Karangkraf’s warehouse sale this round, visitors can find a book that should be read by all who believe they are autonomous and free from political hypocrisy.
The book, titled “Corruption and Hypocrisy in Malay-Muslim Politics: The Urgency of Moral-Ethical Transformation” was written by Professor Tan Sri Mohd Kamal Hassan who wrote an excellent piece on the phenomenon of corruption and hypocrisy in Malay politics in the book published.
The book discussed how repulsive ethnoreligious, polarisation, hypocritical narratives, and the country’s political direction had poisoned the national integration agenda, causing and worsening political instability.
Kamal also stressed the country’s future when he highlighted the beneficial remedies in the book’s contents.
Meanwhile, the book, which was published by independent social think tank Emir Research, also focused on the Malay-Muslim community’s sociopolitical development.
“A new paradigm of leadership transformation has to be introduced, because the old conventional leadership system and paradigm have failed the ummah and the nation miserably,” he was quoted as saying.
In order to achieve the ultimate goal of curing the cancer of political corruption, the pandemic of hypocrisy, and the resulting shameful polarization that has afflicted the Malay-Muslim community, the author also emphasised the importance of clear frameworks at the core of the Malay-Muslim socio-political transformation.
The book could be found at Karangkraf Warehouse Sale, which was held for the second time this year.
The warehouse sale featured exciting activities, offering various reading materials as low as RM1 and discounts of up to 80%.
With just three more days before the warehouse sale ends, the book which was retailed at RM49 could be purchased at RM36.80 for members and RM41.70 for non-members.
