Don’t mistake BN for PN, vote for PN - Muhyiddin

SERDANG - Perikatan Nasional (PN) Chairman Tan Sri Muhyddin Yassin urges Malaysians to vote Perikatan Nasional (PN) instead of Barisan Nasional (BN) in the upcoming 15th General Election (GE15).
Muhyiddin said the name of both parties might be similar but the direction of both parties were far apart.
“I hope the voters don’t make the wrong choice in GE15. Choose Perikatan Nasional, not Barisan Nasional," he said.
Muhyddin also said that he came across a viral video of BN’s chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi at the Selangor BN Convention where he allegedly told the Finance Minister ‘Don’t take advantage, but take what you can!’
“He said this seriously and the audience there (at the convention) were laughing as if everyone present understood what he meant.
“This is the difference between Perikatan Nasional and the Barisan Nasional.
“I instructed the Finance Minister to find money and give to those who are in need meanwhile the chairman of BN directed the Finance Minister to use whatever is available as long as possible for the benefit of their members,” he said.
Muhyiddin said this during his opening speech at the PN Convention in Malaysian Agricultural Expo Park (MAEPS) Serdang, Selangor.
