GE15: Rafizi starts campaigning today

SHAH ALAM - PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli announced his weekly campaign in preparing the machinery and party’s volunteers to face the General Election 15 (GE15) will start today.

Rafizi said, based on his experience in previous campaign elections, he had outlined the main tactic to achieve victory, including effective processing issues to attract the interest and confidence of the voters.

Apart from that, he said that it would be the party’s focus to develop campaign wave and move the machinery as well as its volunteers to master the digital campaign through the production of effective social media contents.

“As of the last few months, I have paid attention to reworking national issues so that PKR and PH take a more proactive approach.

“Previously, we were seen as too defensive and let Umno’s propaganda machinery had twisted so many things,” he said through his Facebook posting on Friday.

Rafizi said he would also focus on improving the presence and achievement of PKR and PH on social media with the achievement to be continuously monitored by the Communication director, Lee Chean Chung.

“We believe PKR’s social media approach will outrun former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s approach in a few more weeks.

“Me and my colleagues like PKR deputy president Nurul Izzah Anwar, Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, Chang Lih Kang and others would kickstart the #AyuhMalaysia truck campaign on Saturday,” he said.

The #AyuhMalaysia truck would travel the whole country every week and would stop by at the outskirts areas and Felda, as conducted in the previous election campaign.
