Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob had then instructed the Human Resources Ministry and the Home Ministry to settle the matter with Indonesia before it escalates further.
Today, during a joint press conference between the two ministries, Home Minister Hamzah Zainuddin and Human Resources ministry said they held discussions with the Indonesian counterpart.
Hamzah said the discussion was to end any misunderstanding as soon as possible.
