SHAH ALAM - PKR announces the names for the party’s new leadership lineup, with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as its president and Rafizi Ramli for the number two post.

Maszlee Malik tops the Central Leadership Council (MPP) with 1,091 votes followed by former Youth Chief Akmal Nasir (956), Datuk Romli Ishak (878) and vocal student activist Fahmi Zainol (817).

Other members of the MPP include former MB Selangor’s former special officer Mohd Yahya Mat Sahri (804), Merbok MP Nurin Aina (797), Indera Mahkota MP Lee Chean Chung (788), Tapah MP Siti Aishah Shaik Ismail (783), Ledang MP Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh (739), Ampang MP Gerald Hans Isaac (720).

Other MPP members were Sungai Petani MP Simon Ooi Tze Min (703), Subang MP Wong Chen (697), Ampang MP Raiyan Abdul Rahim (697), Gopeng MP Tan Kar Hing (648), Titiwangsa MP Zahir Hassan (642), Kuala Langat MP David Cheong Kian Young (622), Petaling Jaya MP Hee Loy Sian (619), Kuala Selangor MP Amidi Abdul Manan (617), Damansara MP Elizabeth Wong Keat Ping (598) and Balik Pulau MP Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik (594).

This was announced during the last day of the PKR 16th Annual Congress 2022 that was held from July 15 to 17 at IDCC Shah Alam, Selangor.
