SHAH ALAM - PKR communications chief Fahmi Fadzil reminds PKR members not to simply give off unnecessary ‘bullets’ to the enemies by exposing the party’s internal conflict.

He said that some of the members had shared screenshots in WhatsApp groups, which would might be leaked to the enemies soon.

A part from that, some made reports to the police and the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to bring each other down.

“I am disappointed with the action from our members who made the reports to the police, to the ROS, why would we give our neck to the enemies?

“We know they (enemies) are worried that we have Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Rafizi Ramli as they are our strongest strength that can prepare PKR to lead Putrajaya,” he said during his speech at PKR’s 16th National Congress today.

He said this was due to the members who sided with certain individuals in the party.

The moment we step out from the congress, there was no such thing as team this or team that but, only one Keadilan team.

“However, to ensure the team is strong, we have to come together and believe in our leadership,” added.

In regards to that, he reminded the new Central Leadership Council (MPP) that the party’s disciplinary board should be taking action on those involved in bringing the party down.

“The disciplinary board should be proactive, those who are involved, those who let the party to be attacked, those who talk bad about the party, action should be taken against them.

“Win or lose, the public is not interested with our positions but our contribution so do not think about the position, instead think of how to help PKR to win. Enough!” he said.

He added that the members needed to unite to help the party win the seats and end the political frogs’ history.

“We need to help the party to win all seats that we hold, win all the seats that have been betrayed, we need to end the political frogs and we need the party’s election commission and new leadership to inform us the strategic seats that we need to focus on for us to win and rule Putrajaya.

“We do not want what happened in Johor and Melaka to be repeated,” he said.

On Friday, PKR advisory council chairperson Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail could not hold back her emotions as she spoke on party's internal conflict and the enemies within.

Wan Azizah referred to the recent PKR polls which sparked rifts over allegations of manipulation and vote-buying, where she advised members ‘don't destroy what we have built together.'

She also reminded party members that they need to come together for the coming general elections and to work towards a common goal.
