KUALA LUMPUR - A man was killed while four others were severely injured in an accident involving a Proton X70, a Porsche and a Honda Ex5 motorcycle near Taman Tenaga here earlier today.

Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department Operations Centre (PGO) in a statement on Thursday said the 40-year-old driver of the X70 was pronounced dead at the scene.

"The PGO received a distress call from MERS 999 at 2.37am and deployed emergency vehicles to the scene.

"Two non-Malaysian men and a woman in their 30s in the Porsche were severely injured in the incident," the statement read.

All injured victims were sent to the University of Malaysia Medical Centre and Kuala Lumpur Hospital while the body of the victim was sent to the police for further action.
